Kingdom Care Cleaning Services, is a janitorial service provider, registered on September 14th, 2018 and is owned and operated by Ms. Latoya Charles. 

Kingdom Care Cleaning Services is founded on the principles of operational efficiency, high customer service/satisfaction standards and providing optimal quality services. Managing Director, Ms Latoya Charles of thirteen (13) years of experience and capabilities within the janitorial service industry has led to the establishment and development of Kingdom Care Cleaning Services. KCCS is and has been developing into a sophisticated, technology driven, high quality service provider in the industry for retail, commercial and residential entities.

Q. WHAT CITY DO YOU SERVICE?

A. We are here to service all of Trinidad and Tobago. No Location is to far for us!

Q. DO YOU OFFER MAID SERVICES?

A. YES! We exist to service your every need at a reasonable cost and at your convenience.

Q. IS LONG-TERM CONTRACT REQUIRED FOR SERVICE?

A. YES! Once you've confirmed us as your service provider for six months, one year or more; a contract agreement is required.

Q. CAN I RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AT A LATER DATE?

A. Yes you can! Let us know 24 hours in advance. We'll schedule at another day and time that is convenient for you.

Q. WHAT WILL IT COST TO HAVE MY HOME CLEANED?

A. Cost vary depending on what you want done. The average cost for maintenance starts at $500.00. Average cost of initial cleanings starts at $1,000.00. Lastly, average cost for one time thorough cleaning is $1,500.00. Please note that larger homes will be charged at a higher rate. 

Q. DO I NEED TO BE HOME THE DAY OF CLEANING?

A. This decision is all up to our residential customers. Some prefer to schedule cleaning appointments while at work, while others like to be home during the process.

Q. WILL I HAVE THE SAME PERSON CLEAN MY HOME EACH VISIT?

A. Yes! We know how important it is to have someone you know and trust  cleaning your home. Please note that Kingdom Care Cleaning Services does thorough background check on all their staff. Their staff is well trained, equipped and trustworthy.

Q. WHAT IF AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE?

A. Your business is important to us. If at any point you felt as though you didn't get a 5-star service, please call us out on it and we will be pleased to fix it. That is why we offer 24 hour

 guarantee. Call us and we will return to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied at no cost to you.

Q. WHAT IF SOMETHING GOT DAMGED WHILE ON OUR PROPERTY?

A. Safety is our number one concern! All of our staff exercise safety precautions so the damage to customers property is rare. However, if something is broken or damaged, we will take care of it immediately at our expense, not yours. 100% guaranteed!

Please note, before any cleaning is done, we walk through with our customers to do a thorough evaluation. In the process, if there is any damages to the property or any item(s) that is broken, we bring it to their attention, take a written note of it and have them sign so Kingdom Care will not be held responsible.

Q. HOW AND WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY CLEANING SERVICES?

A. For Residential Customers - We require payment at the time of service. For our regular customers, a grace period is given when you can pay.

For Commercial Customers - A longer grace period is given depending on contract agreement. Some clients 30 day period; others 60 day period. We accept Debit or Credit Card, Certified Check and Cash payments for both Residential and Commercial customers.
